Another monthly check in. Don't want to touch the recruiting issue just yet. Let's talk about the subgroups we can create.
  • PUBLIC RELATIONS (would meet to talk about the way the rest of the school views us, how to improve that, how to stop the blame that just gets shifted on us)
  • RECRUITMENT (self explanatory, just meeting and discussing potential recruits, their pros/cons, what they can do, etc)
  • MORALE (little increasing-spirit things. I don't know what yet. But we're not popular because the Carrows are SOMEHOW making it look like it is better (even if it is out of fear) to be at the school supporting You Know Who.)
  • AWARENESS (Potterwatch, Quibbler news, refuting the Prophet, Hogwarts Howler, etc)
  • CHARMS/TRANSFIGURATION/POTIONS/DADA WORK (research, supplementing the other groups, teaching the rest of the group Charms/Transfiguration/Potions/DADA spells)
  • Any ideas for more teams? Less teams? If this is a good idea? If you want to be on a particular team?
I just copied what I wrote in my last entry so that we can look them over again. Who wants what? Anyone awfully opposed? Come one, come all.

Monthly (?) check in. (Technically, it's not really monthly since we don't really do check ins and we don't do much updating, but go with it.) We have a lot of things to discuss.
  • Recruitment. Should we? Should we not? Pros? Cons? If yes, who? If opposed, why? I know that Michael has been a big supporter of this idea and has been thinking of Morag Macdougal and Molly Carmichael. Personally, I'm not a fan of this I get that to be effective, we need more people with more ideas, but we should also be wary of newer people joining something like the DA where we don't... I don't know, I guess know what we're doing fully yet. (Not a bad thing though)
  • Plans. Do we have any ideas about what to do next? I think a couple of us (speaking for myself) are not fond of the graffiti anymore -- it defeats its own purpose and it's only turning the school against us.
    • Address major problems going around in school -- food shortages, news shortages, morale, etc
    • Other ideas other than graffiti?
  • Specialised teams. Michael was talking about smaller ideas we should work on (food, news, morale, support) and well, why don't we set up smaller teams for narrow purposes? Something a bit more decentralised so we get more people involved and spread out in the school?

first, im ok. dont worry. im a weasley. thats what i do. second, i was thinking. yes. i know. thinking. but after realising that the carrows have a nasty temper we should really figure out something to do aginst sorry against them. undermine their power ? i was thinking that maybe we could launch a publicity campiagn campaign thing against them like we did with kevin. but then i was thinking that maybe that would just make them target more innocent people and i dont want that at all. pros ? cons ? ideas ?

also for the record the imperius is definitely something
